Pricing questions
How is pricing structured?
Most teams start with a pilot on their own files. From there it's a workspace for your brand, priced on what the engine produces, such as files converted and assets generated, or a fixed fee for a defined program like a rebrand or a flagship event.
Why is there no price list?
Cost tracks how many files your brand has in circulation and how much you produce, which varies widely between organizations. A short conversation and a pilot give you a firm number based on your own files.
What does a pilot include?
Your brand compiled from your own templates and guidelines, a set of your real files converted on brand, brand scores and compile reports for each, and a readout of the hours and cost returned.
Which file types are supported?
PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and video, delivered back as native, editable files.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, alongside Microsoft 365, Adobe, Figma and Google Workspace.
How does security review work?
Architecture and data-flow documentation is available on request, and we will complete your security questionnaire. Formal certification (SOC 2) is on our roadmap.
