Your brand.
Every deck.
The Design Engine learns your brand from the templates and guidelines you already have, then checks each deck, document and AI draft against it. Files stay in PowerPoint, Word and InDesign, and stay editable.
One enterprise rollout.
An enterprise insurance software company ran a full rebrand and its flagship user conference through The Design Engine in a single quarter.
Each file keeps a record of what changed and who approved it, so nobody has to track the rollout in a spreadsheet.
That was one rollout. What would yours look like?
The brand guide is the easy part.
Most companies have one brand guide and thousands of files that drift from it: decks from before the last rebrand, data sheets from past agencies, and now AI drafts that guess at your fonts and colors.
- Thousands of files already in circulationDecks, data sheets and videos built before the last rebrand, still in front of customers.
- AI tools guess at your brandCopilot, ChatGPT and Claude produce a draft in minutes, with colors, fonts and layouts that are close but wrong.
- Each tool needs the brand applied separatelyYour teams work in PowerPoint, Word, InDesign and Figma, and the brand has to hold in all of them.
How The Design Engine works
The Design Engine reads your templates, guidelines, logos and approved examples, turns them into a set of brand rules, and applies those rules wherever your teams make content.
- Templates (.potx, .dotx)
- Brand guidelines
- Logos and icons
- Approved examples
- AI assistants
- PowerPoint
- Word
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Figma
- Video
Compile the brand
Your templates, guidelines, logos and fonts become one set of rules any tool can read, including the judgment calls your designers usually make by eye.
Convert what exists
Existing decks, documents, data sheets, design files and videos move onto the brand inside your own tools, thousands at a time, as files your team can keep editing. Your files stay in your environment.
Govern what ships
New files and AI drafts are checked against the rules before they go out, with a brand score and a list of what was fixed.
What each team gets
Your guidelines, enforced everywhere.
- The brand compiled from the templates you already approved
- Every file and AI generation checked against it
- A rebrand that reaches every file in weeks, not quarters

Frequently asked questions
What is The Design Engine?
The Design Engine is brand compliance software for enterprise content. It turns your templates and brand guidelines into a set of rules, then uses them to convert existing files and check new ones, including AI-generated drafts, in PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and video.
How is it different from a brand template or brand kit?
A template only covers files built from it. The Design Engine also moves files made before the template onto the brand, and checks content from AI assistants that never open the template. You also get a brand score for every file and can see exactly what was fixed.
Does it work with Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. The Design Engine connects to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so drafts start from your brand rules instead of a generic theme. It also works inside Microsoft 365, Adobe, Figma and Google Workspace.
Do our files leave our environment?
No. Your files are created and converted by your own AI tools under your existing agreements. The Design Engine stores only the brand kit you give it: logos, fonts, colors and templates.
Which file types does it support?
PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and video. Files come back as the same native file types, with masters and layers intact, so your team can keep editing them.
How do we get started?
Request early access and tell us about your brand. We onboard a small group of enterprise brand teams each month, starting from your own templates and a first set of files. If you are ready now, you can book a demo instead.
Show us a file you'd love to fix.
Send a template and a few files. On the call you’ll see them converted, scored and ready to edit.
