Solutions · Govern AI Drafts

Close is not on brand.

Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude drafts are almost right. The Design Engine scores every draft against your brand genome, fixes what is off, and keeps a record, before anything ships.

Why AI drafts drift

Every team now drafts with AI. Generation is cheap; judgment is not. Assistants produce a deck or a data sheet in minutes, with the right idea and the wrong fonts, colors and layout. Multiply that across sales, product and marketing and the brand drifts fast: 53% of B2B content and enablement leaders say their teams sent outdated, off-brand, or incorrect content to a customer in the past month.1

  1. Assistants guess at your brandWithout your templates and rules, each assistant falls back on a generic theme and its own idea of good design.
  2. Every team has its own assistantSales, product and marketing each draft in a different tool, so the same brand comes out several different ways.
  3. Nobody can review it allThe volume of drafts outgrows any brand team, so off-brand work reaches customers before anyone sees it.
The Brand Compiler

How it governs AI drafts

The Design Engine compiles your brand genome from the templates and guidelines you already approved, then connects it to the AI assistants your teams use. Drafts start from the brand genome instead of a generic theme. Before anything ships, each file is scored against the brand genome, fixed where it is off, and logged, as a native file your team can keep editing.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI assistants does it govern?

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and any assistant that connects through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Each one works from the same brand genome, so a draft from sales and a draft from product come out on the same brand.

What does the brand score check?

Color, type, layout, logo use, voice and claims, scored against your brand genome. Each draft comes back with the score and a list of what was fixed.

Does it replace the AI tools our teams already use?

No. Your teams keep using the assistants they already license. The Design Engine sits underneath them, so drafts start on brand and get checked before they go out.

What happens to a draft that fails?

It is fixed against the brand genome and scored again, and anything that still needs a person is flagged with the reason. Nothing ships on a guess.

Can we see what changed?

Yes. Every fix is logged per file, so brand, legal and procurement can see what shipped, what changed and why.
